Was that first game of the season mate?
I went on my own by train , and met my mate as we got off the train in Euston after a boring 3 hours on my own.
We were in that pub on the corner springbok or something having a laugh with the qpr fans, when Everton fans smashed it to bits from outside,all sorts flying through the windows ,about the only time I was ashamed of are fans there was no need the qpr fans had been fine and the pub had quite a few blues inside as well.
A very drunken nuisance ,he was a teacher , I had swerved him earlier , started it got told to leave and he put a chair through the window, the Everton fans outside thought it was meant for them and trashed the place
Got a horse tip of an Everton fan and won my money back for the day and a good result so not a bad day out.

You won’t be having a day like that again for quite a while!

Hitched it to get to this one, all the way from Tenby in Pembrokeshire (had been on holiday there). Left at 5 in the morning. Made it in good time. Great performance. Used to love going to Loftus Rd. .

Actually think this was the day the title turned for us, if we hadn't have won here it would have been very difficult,Shaggy came up with the goods for us with a RSesque type winner lol
