Yes, but we had to pay sizable fees for them apart from Reidy & Moggsy who were a steal .... the ones they got were for nothing virtually -Enough went our way...Reid, Watson, Morrissey, Osman, Harper, Newell...it's just that they never mentioned it much lol
Our highlights will be very brief then ......Sky Sports Premier League 10 O'Clock: 'all the best goals in the derbies in the PL era'.

Definitely. Was gutted when McMahon left but would Reid and MacMahon have been as good as Reid bracewell
He’ll have that on his tombstone!!We have had some good times
Not as brief as the 1970s.Our highlights will be very brief then ......
Everton FC beating Queens Park Rangers FC 2-0 at Goodison Park, Liverpool on the 6th May 1985.
1970 no coverage my mate told me the BBC just put a teletext message at the bottom of a programme that was on stating we were champions with our score - I with all of my family friends were there of course .....Always bugged me that that game (and Norwich in 87) were both bank holidays, so our league titles wins/clinchers just have the crappy news footage or club video to accompany it, rather than proper commentary.
Thinking about that shower I'm actually relieved they didn't join us... horrible bunch every one of themUnbelievable
Plus

My older brother stated Andy Rankin ingoal had a blinding game kept them from scoring we had key players missing ........my older brother who was there stated Moggsy's goal at the end was a scorcher - The Lol immediately emptied out when that went in ...,I wish I could see the 4 nil win at Analfield again.
My old fella was there, and was back the next year they did us 5-0 tooI wish I could see the 4 nil win at Analfield again.
