Slim pickings in the Fifties, 3 seasons in Division 2, then 11th, 15th x 2 and 16th x 3. Nevertheless, the lowest average attendance was 32,00 in 1952-3, the rest of the decade was 35,000 and above. Great support and supporters as always.Ditto. But what struck me was the fantastic support we had, even when the team was as deeply mediocre as that one...
