Watches

The perfect Christmas present.

What is the cost to insure a decent watch? I have a few old Guccis and Raymond Weil ones that I'm not too arsed about but ive seen a rather fetching Breitling that has taken my fancy. It also seems a better option than buying a couple of shares in everton.

Not as bad as you'd think typically, usually around 3% of the watch's value, per year, I believe. As always, do your research; some companies may only cover certain things about or somehow related to the watch.

Got mine ‘named’ on my home insurance rather than separately insured. Covers out and about too.
Think adding 2 watches and some of the Mrs jewellery only added about £50-£100 to the policy but the most expensive bit was getting the valuations done which they insisted on.

I think that will be my best option Beds, just need to think if I really want/need one (obviously I dont need one but need to work out when I'll wear it. etc..)
