Time done cardio, distance, heart rate etc? What do all the tall, fit, statuesque, lean, mean, fruit juicing machines wear to monitor their keep fit??

Lorus do a decent range from £40 upwards.

I like this one at around £100.

With all the medical shiz that went down with me, I succumbed. I now have this:

Amazfit GTR4 due to it's classic watch vibes and great battery life compared to *pple. The app's not bad either. Refuse to pay the *pple Tax plus I don't like their shape, it offends my watch geek sensibilities. Built-in GPS, so you don't have to be tethered to your phone etc. A good buy IMO.

Apple Watch 95% of the time, but if I’m wearing a mechanical watch (or my G Shock ‘Frogman’) I wear a Garmin Vivosmart 4.

Both Apple and Garmin are exceeding good for recording hess-ness.

Where the f does this term come from, it can't be Hessian.

I believe it’s from when one exerts significant energy / output on something like a particularly arduous chest press, it is unavoidable to let out a long and loud ‘hesssssssssss’
Also applies to poseurs lifting the equivalent of a box of eggs while filming themselves for the Tiky Toks.

I wore G-shocks as dailies for years and years. The missus bought me a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 about 6 years a go. Battery lasts for 7-8 days still. The thing has been on site with me for 6 years. Its literally bomb proof.. A great watch even if smart...

Since it was the last thing I wrote before I headed off on a grocery trip, I was thinking well maybe it did come the word Hessian because of Schwarzenegger's German/Austrian thing and weight-lifting history.
