This might be the catalyst for more fan power. But I think it's harsh to suggest the fans don't to their bit generally. We have one of the best away followings in country and we sell out each home game. There's only so much you can do. The players need to step up, Goodison won't be bouncing for every game. It's just how it is, and that's not just an Efc thing either.

I agree with that mate I mean in terms of big games over the years.

Welcoming the team to Goodison before the Derby, seeing off the team before the quarter final tie against Palace etc. Just think we've sat on our hands for years in big games that we could have achieved something.

Great to see the atmosphere/greeting the team bus at FF etc but why haven't we been doing this in big games like Cup Quarters/Semi finals/Derby games?

Feels like once we are safe we'll go back to being groaners who dont want to do anything without looking like Kopites.

I don't know I think this proves we can make a difference it will carry on especially in bigger games

We are utter garbage at home, most of the first team are injured (not that the useless mercenaries have done much good anyway), manager is the worst appointment since Dave Bassett 30+ years ago and the normally placid Watford supporters are now demanding those in charge be tarred and feathered.

Comfortable away win so you needn't worry!
