Transfer Rumour Wayne Rooney

He's coming home. With a point to prove and magic in his boots. And the first time he scores and runs to the fans all your hearts will melt and you'll be saying i had my doubts but he has won me over. We'll get 18 months of quality from an excellent footballer. Mourinho told him he was no more than a bit part player in January and informed him of offers from China. Rooney politely refused. Mourinho has dropped him. Rooney wants us and is willing to take a big wage cut. Koeman wants Wayne.
Hmmmmmm....

I hope you're right, but I have severe doubts.

Nope, he's on his way to the land of egg fried rice, pots of noodles and pots of money.

Rooney will be a great commercial signing for us so should be all over it.

Might only get 18 months from him but uniteds top goalscorer in history going back to him boyhood club will raise the club's profile enough to have us noticed by media enough to match our hopefully successful season and include us alongside the kopites

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

HE HAS RISEN FROM THE GRAVE, ON THIS DAY OF ALL DAYS

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH

I wanted him, but the last few times I've seen him he is finished. Needs to go to the MLS or Australia where the standard is lower.

Andy Gray was a washed up old dog when we signed him beards ago. That turned out alright. There is still a player in Rooney but he seems to have lost the will to play it where he currently is. Sign him for a non stupid fee, basic pay but mega bonuses if he turns it on and watch him roll back the years. He's now an old pro who's a proven winner, our young pups could learn from him.
However if he wants to stroll around picking up a mega sunset payday without producing, he can koff

If i think back to the derby - as painful as it was - having it was the first time I'd probably realised that having Rooney on the pitch instead of say DCL the difference he can make in mentality, no fear, helping a new generation of younger Blues players.

Agree, has to be a deal that works both ways - I get he'd want to come back - but only if it's on a financial level that makes sense. He would make a difference on and off the pitch.

I'm secretly hopefull that Rooney knows if he was still tearing up old trafford we wouldnt get a sniff...He is playing poorly so we can grab him. Thats how I'm viewing this...and I don't care who knows it !!
