Right, I'm getting a bit bored with all the sly comments about Rooney and his weight/fitness etc. Can you not think of anything better other than gimpy play ground digs? Just shows peoples lack of footballing knowledge and overall intelligence.

Can't believe people are trying to now make out like this will be a good signing, when most were dead against the idea beforehand.

It'll be a disaster. He is finished at this level.

Luckily the rest of our signings should be able to balance things out.

If he takes care of himself, I could see him having a bit of a comeback season. I assume Koeman is signing 30 year old BPL vets because he wants a shot at champions league this year, which is fine by me.

In all fairness, after the amount of abuse he's had of Everton fans, I'm excited for him to come back. He's obviously got something to prove and I reckon he's gonna storm it.
