Gana came on and passed and retained the ball a lot better improving our midfield play a lot. That’s a defensive who’s strengths are in neither of those things coming on and doing better than Wayne Rooney

Just before he got subbed when he stood there watching one of their players pretty much walk the ball towards our goal and didn't move.. that summed up just how finished he is

I could'nt understand him getting so wound up when he came off today, it was probably his worst performance in a blue shirt today, he was shocking, he is 5 yards off the pace at all times, his passing is nearly as bad as Davies's, and he does'nt seem to know what he is doing when he does have the ball, he is a shadow of the player he was, and i don't want to see him here next season.

When there is any intensity/pace to a game, he stands out like a sore thumb - He's so far off the pace and I can't recall a player give the ball away as much as he does.

He offers nothing. He's a wasted space in the squad. Needs to go. He's miles, miles off the pace because his body doesn't allow it any more. Only correct thing to do is get rid and somehow try to find a buyer is simply somebody to take him off us.
