I'm obviously kidding about the 7ft+ and 25 stone, but seriously, you need to judge your weight by your health, and take your age and daily routine into account.
I'm about 6ft tall, and the heaviest I've been was about 15 1/2 stone.
I'm medium bone size, and not skinny nor stocky, but somewhere inbetween. As a younger man ( 41 now ) I was exceptionally fit, and could run a marathon in my sleep, so cardio wise, it gave me a head start when ageing.
I hurt my back in my late twenties, and over time put extra weight on around my middle and upper body. I drive for a living now since leaving my last job through injury, so extra weight can be very dangerous for me, which was my main decision for losing the weight.
Under my clothes, I looked fine, but once I felt uncomfortable taking my top off in public, I knew I was out of shape and had to act quickly before I got older, or my injury got worse.
It's detrimental for me to go for muscle gain, as I will once again have to deal with it at a later date, so the idea is to lose as much excess fat as possible, and try to get cardiovascularly ( is that even a word ) fit again.
Weight around the stomach and back is dangerous regardless of how fit you think you are, so a little effort, possibly starting at home is worth it's weight in gold, and the feel good factor helps too.
Once you lose some weight from effort, your far less likely to put it back on again, but remember that dieting doesn't make you healthy on it's own merits.
Leave the car at home, walk the dog, go for a swim, or do simple exercises at home. You'll enjoy it.
