Correct - I just need the light off….i can understand that but you surely don’t need weight training to look good in your undies.

Rage! Rage against the dying of the light! Im pushing 50 and all my squat/dead/bench PB’s have been in the last 12 months, though I did almost lose consciousness at the bottom of a squat on Thursday. I start every session knowing that death or a PB are possible.My days are done as an old man. Make no mistake I’m still there gripping that old cold steel and denying gravity its claim but the gains are hard won and easy lost now.

Could do rack pulls insteadI’m 6’5”. Feel like I’m a bit screwed over doing deadlifts.
Or trap bar deadlifts. Less benefit to the posterior chain but you still get to pick up something massive.Could do rack pulls instead
