Weight Training Thread

I’m serious man! I do 16/8 or so weekdays but every now and then I’ll do a longer one for the autophagy, but mostly ego.
I was thinking of doing that. Between 12-8pm maybe.. Ive cut sugar out completely (no sweets, cake, chocolate or anything) since new year and lost over half a stone without doing anything else.

Im going to start an exercise app that I picked up cheaply, Better Me its called. Seems quite decent initially. Also a stretching app called Bend is decent. Gonna try and do both of them daily if i can.

Put on a stone at the back end of last year when i could have done with losing a stone.. :lol:
