Can he start with getting the players to find their own man on throw ins.

I reckon we lose the ball from a throw in within the first 2 touches, either we throw it to them or the player receiving it gives it away.

Aren’t we second behind Arsenal for set piece goals scored? It suggests that this was something that Dyche and his team got right , so that should be the starting point . Get Tarks, DCL , Branthwaite etc in a room with Adam , get them to say what has worked best for them and take it from there . Practice the moves in training and Tarks becomes the “ caller on the pitch “ saying which move they’ll do in a match situation, a bit like line-out calls in Rugby .

Arsenal, Chelsea, Forest, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Villa, Palace, West ham ,Spurs have more this season. Last season was quite high but as per typical dyche we scored far more set pieces than open play. Never a great sign.

People all laughed at klopp when he announced he had a throw in coach, but it’s these fine margins that can be the difference.
