If you are serious about losing weight you should snack frequently (with healthy food) to keep your metabolism going otherwise when you do eat your body retains it as fat.

stopped 'losing weight' as such but with the running i will probably kick back into it over time.

As long as i get some of my 5 a day i'm happy ;) No way i'll start eating 10 though
