We need a SQUAD, not 11. Players like these 3 will do good jobs in cup games against lower opposition, as well as ensuring that players like Lukaku, Kev and Barkley are kept refreshed by being subbed with 20 mins to go in comfortable positions.

In terms of first choice 11, your right yeah, they shouldnt be in it, but if we want to win silverware lets support every blue, not just the obvious 11 best players.

It's already making me sad that we only have Lukaku for 1 season, there is absolutely no chance they're gonna sell him to us or that we could afford him. I'll enjoy the 70 goals he scores this season though.

With luck Ba, Eto'o and, dare I say it, Torres will hit some sort of form and they'll forget that they've loaned us Lukaku.
