I only got to see them live once but yeah, they were great. I'm trying to limit my concerts these days as I'm paying for all of the shows in my 20's where ear plugs were the last thing on my mind. Tinnitus is not ace. Luckily mine's not bad, but it's enough.

have you not seen those ear plugs that cut out harmful levels but still let you hear the music? Lifesaver when stood near the huge speaker towers at Download!

Yeah, they have good stuff these days. I'm just overly cautious anymore...if I lost my hearing I don't know what I'd do. Of course, I'm stubborn and still blast it when I'm driving. Old habits die hard.
