Thievery Corporation - The Richest Man in Babylon. Not their best album but I've not spun it for a while. I like TC, they're not exactly revolutionary but what they do, they do well.

So Nicolas Jaar wasn't as good as I was hoping last night. Was a bit too heavy and with a bit too much techno for me. A bit different from what I'm used to listening to from him. Still had a good night though.

Was he live or a dj set? He dj'd yesterday and was one of the highlights of the day for me.

It was a DJ set. It was good but I've enjoyed some of his others more. For example his set at Sonar 2012 is one of my favourites. I know it was 3 years ago but I was hoping for a similar vibe to it.

Was his set at Parklife quite upbeat?
