Leftfield - Alternative Light Source.

First spin. Have to say, it's not exactly grabbed me by the ears. Second half is more interesting. It's accomplished, well put together electronic fare, but just lacks any killer tunes. Not bad (apart from 'Head and Shoulders' with the fella from Sleaford Mods which is a misstep) but far from essential.

I went to this club on a Saturday night.
I read about it in a music magazine and they said it was wicked!
It was in a bar in Shoreditch, and it was packed.
But no one seemed to be dancing.
The music was really slow, and the beer was really expensive.
After hanging around for what seemed like forever, I finally asked the DJ:
"What kind of music is this?"
And he said:
"Progressive Electro-House Synthesis...mate, it's cool!"
And I said:
"Sounds like bullshit to me."
And he said:
"Well, fakk off then!"
So I did, hahahahahaahaha
