I really don`t got the hate for them from some of the music press, they`re just such a talented band, with the ability to blend so many genres of music into their sound.

They`re number one on my " to see live " list.

If there's an entity that's less impressive than the political or sporting press... it is the music press. F 'em. You like what you like so groove on it, mate.

I last saw them with my brother at Stubb's in Austin. Cannot believe it was in 2017. Doesn't seem that long ago...

Got me, mate. All I know is that my brother and I debated if it was the best concert we'd ever seen together. We agreed it was the most meaningful since we saw the Stevie Ray Vaughn tribute shortly after he died (Buddy Guy, BB King, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, Art Neville and so many more played that night) or when we used to go see Townes Van Zandt play at the Cactus Cafe.

They were that good.
