Made think of Sid Vicious for some reason. He died around the same time as Ian Curtis, although it was his mom who did him in! Intentional heroin overdose.

It reminded me of how he butchered My Way.




I'm sure Sinatra didn't appreciate it.

I watched an interview with Joey Ramone a while back. He said when The Ramones toured the UK in the late 70's with The Sex Pistols, Johnny Rotten and them kept trying to kick it off with the Ramones. I assume because it's punk to get into a punch up.

So apparently what they all did, was piss in a beer and then they gave it to Johnny Rotten. After he finished it, they told him what they did, and that somehow earned them Rotten's respect!

Someone asked him about it recently and he said: When I chose this outfit, I didn't know I'd still be wearing it well into my 60's. It gets bloody cold on the stage!

I do associate some with Everton being boss as I was growing up as well..
