I’m on the call centre waitlist for my bank to query a payment. Having to listen to some absolutely dire pop/raggae trash while I wait. Why do they do this ?
I was on hold for 15 minutes. She couldn't help so said she would transfer me to another department. On hold for 20 minutes before I got an automated message to say they were busy and to please leave a message. I did. That was 4 hours ago and still no contact.so you give up being on hold and put the phone down, less calls to answer = less staff to pay
Do what I do mate and move into the spare room/settee.My wife snoring…….
