Went for buffet breakfast and ate lots.

Bought some records.

Listened to some records.

Took the kids swimming.

Had possibly the nicest burger I've ever eaten for my tea., with halloumi fries, tater tots and loaded chips, all of which were lush.

Drank some beer.

Watched the firat few episodes of the new season of Wu Tang: An American Saga.

Drank some whisky ( Talisker 10, Lagavulin 8, Ardbeg 10).

Decent 47th birthday tbh.

Biscuits, belgian chocs, paddle steamers, tool grotto's, peach trees, and now solar panels. Did you get your pension stock in amazon or ibm or some such?

30 years of teaching and not going on fancy holidays, having kids of my own or generally spending money unnecessarily because I avoided females.

Now I can splash out on biscuits if I want (if the female I didn't avoid in later life doesn't waste my savings on yet more frivolous disposable crap)
 

You're clearly a clever and capable chap, and have easily the nicest workshop I've ever known of, I was going to suggest a shortish cruise but then memory booted me in the teeth, go all in and then you don't need any cash, the panels should cover half if run in before hand. Especially if you go after the April cut throat increase. Go see the northern lights, and the hot springs in Iceland. She can waffle on for months when your back, nab a couple of boxes of shortbread in the duty free, everyone's a winner.
And yes Everton did a great job of ruining today, especially as they looked to want it so dear in the first half.
 

Had a nice breakfast went to the match hopeful bloody ell never ending well come home was going out but me and my other half were that pissed off jibbed it got Chinese, birthday Monday going lakes next week my lad going to forest praying we have a better weekend UTFT
