Finally did my first ever running race(7 miles). 103 out of 1500, 15th in my age group

Got up, put some washing on, put dishwasher on, had a coffee, had a shower, done some hoovering, put some rubbish in the van and am now about to go to the local recycling centre, on the way back I’ll drop my van off to a bloke who’s gonna fit a window into the side door for me tomorrow, then go to the in laws for a roast dinner … and to end the day I’m going for a few pints with some friends.
