During the week it's black coffee no sugar and fresh lime soda for breakfast and a brunch of scrambled egg whites, hash browns and pepper/paprika turkey slices. Dinner is various but always home cooked. Chocolate as a desert. I try to calorie cap at ~1800.

Saturday breakfast tends to be a bagel with smoked chicken and cream cheese with a low fat cappuccino. I go to a cafe for cake and a black coffee with the wife in the afternoon. Evening's is Indian/Lebanese/Mexican usually.

Sunday's depend on my mood but it's usually egg whites/meat/hashbrowns for breakfast and a takeaway for dinner with no lunch.

Day starts with a Coffee
Muesli Bar at 10am
Lunch is usually a wrap with 1 meat and salad. Sometimes cheese and sometimes toasted.
2 Oranges and a Banana for a midaft snack
Dinner will be a meat/veg/potato combo or Pasta or Curry
Tea and Choc Biccy while watching TV
Bed

I do make sure to drink 2 litres of water a day

Down to 2 meals a day -lost 1 stone .... its just down to habit I have got used to it to control my diabetes .... i eat egg dishes mainly for lunch or fish - teatime baby potatoes & fish cut back on bread too ...

I have 4 scrambled eggs and a protein and a pice if toast for meal one around 11:30am

Then I'll have 300g of meat and 250g veg for tea, with carbs included on training days after work/gym

I also eat a lot uf fruit.

So far I've lost around 35kg and I went from being prediabetic with a glucose score of around 45 to normal with a score of 38.

I try to get 10k steps in per day aswell and 2-3 litres of water
