What do you eat on a average day?

Breakfast, Oatmeal (porridge I believe you call it) with wild blueberries and honey. 3 cups of coffee w/cream (this never varies for me).

Lunch, either a sandwich or usually just carrots, crackers, hummus, cheese, and olives.

Dinner is dictated by the 6yr old (since we can't be arsed to cook two meals), so it's usually beans and rice on tortillas, or beans, rice, corn, cheese on tortilla chips (his version of nachos), or pasta w/sauce.

Great job lad, I lost 30kg six years ago and managed give and take a few pounds to stay the same weight.

Ideally would like to drop another a little more weight but body seems happy at this range

I have 4 scrambled eggs and a protein and a pice if toast for meal one around 11:30am

Then I'll have 300g of meat and 250g veg for tea, with carbs included on training days after work/gym

I also eat a lot uf fruit.

So far I've lost around 35kg and I went from being prediabetic with a glucose score of around 45 to normal with a score of 38.

I try to get 10k steps in per day aswell and 2-3 litres of water

Brekkie ,Porridge or cereal

Lunch, Sandwich ( usually veggie) and 3 pieces of fruit

Dinner, Anything but always vegetarian. Could be pasta , pie and new potatoes, curry or Mexican. Tonight I'm cooking a spicy bean casserole.

Snacks , hummus. Nuts . Very occasionally a packet of crisps.

A bit like @coollino I don't calorie count because I go to the gym every day and play table tennis 3 times a week.

I try not to drink in the week ( unless Everton are playing and I need to dull the pain).

At the weekend I will allow myself one veggie fry up for breakfast, eat some fish and have a couple of bottles of wine

Works for me. I have the same waist size at 63 that I had at 23 and weigh only a couple of pounds more.
