Cod, chips and peas for me, but hardly ever eat it these days as it’s just not good value.
I’ve just spent 3 days in Cornwall and saw a chippy charging £9.50 for fish and £3 for regular chips!
I remember a few years ago a chippy guy (do they have a name? Chipmaster?) apologising to me for the price of the fish.
"Don't worry though mate, in a few months after Brexit goes through the price will come flying down, trust me"
