Mentality. Every time we are presented with a good opportunity against poor teams we absolutely [Poor language removed] it. We can't get out of the underdog reputation

I agree with mentality but lack of leadership is shocking.

Coleman/Sigurdsson as captain/vice is horrible. None of the qualities you want and totally unable to life the side - either by example or authority.

Coleman has been liability for a while, targeted by every team we play. Need a new captain pronto - Allan, Digne.

We’re a squad filled with 1-in-3 players, meaning they only play well one out of every three games. Think about it. Gomes, Gylfi, Iwobi, Holgate, Davies, Bernard, Richarlison (this season), Pickford and Olsen all fit this description. Think about the times we’ve seen one of them have a good game, and we all say “maybe they’ve finally turned a corner.” Then their next game they stink it up again.

Starting from the back , defenders passing it side to side as those in the middle wait for the ball rather than forcing the space and demanding the ball from the defenders to turn forwards putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves and giving the opposition the chance to push up resulting in us having to play or try to play, a quick punt counter attack using isolated and outnumbered players.

If you watch the 1-0 win Spurs away this season , players looked for the ball , we spread it quickly and moved it without hesitation which took them by surprise, we haven’t done it no where near enough this season.

Lack of pace

Players hesitating to make a quick decision, Gomes for the King offside goal, although Andre was atrocious, on that occasion from the right he whipped a great ball in. Sigurdsson minutes later from that same right hand side , delayed and delayed to whip a ball in and got tackled resulting in a thrown in when there was players waiting in the box.

We play like a lower league side going to a prem team in the cup, a sort of backs against the wall style. I can’t remember apart from maybe the start of the season where we have played well in the league both half’s of the match. Even Leeds away I thought the keeper got us the points.
