What's for lunch?



Been living on soba noodles through this difficult winter, I feel like I’m a character from the hobbit. Need some fruit and veg soon, the multi vitamins only do so much.
 

Sundried tomato & basil wholegrain rice with some of those little teardrop-shaped peppers I added myself. Pretty alright for something that goes in the microwave actually. Had a bit of halloumi with it as well.
