Match at 60's goodison v liverpool and they were singing the beatles tune 'We all live in a red and white sub' we beat them and and the end of the game the St. end sang 'Your submarine sank, your submarine sank ey aye adio your submarine sank'

Some good songs in the 70's like tiptoe thru the st. End etc and 'We are the Everton the cock of the North, we hate Man United and city of course, we only drink whisky and bottles of brown, the Everton boys are in Town...nah nah nah so on, then added on was 'You are the Liverpool the joke of the North, you run from Norwich and Ipswich of course you only drink water and bottles of coke, the Liverpools boys are a joke...nah nah nah etc.

Back on subject the first songs I was hearing was 'We shall not be moved' and like someone said that was our song. Also popular was the 'Banks of the Royal Blue Mersey'

Was there another version of that with the line 'We all go mental when we score a goal'?

Red and white Kop I think!

From the banks of the royal blue Mersey
To the shores of Tripoli
Oh we'll fight fight fight for Everton
'Til we win the football league.
So to hell with Man United and to hell with Man City
And we'll fight fight fight for Everton , 'till we win the football league

IIRC of course!!

And the one at the 1971 derby; "Liverpool, Liverpool, you're not fit to wipe my arse"
