When do we boycott?

The board and Moshiri were extremely fortunate the way the end of last season panned out. If we’d have beaten Brentford in the penultimate game, I think the Palace game would have seen concerted protests, probably on the pitch at full time, directed against them. As it was, there was such a sense of relief that we’d scraped over the line from such a perilous position, we saw (rightly) a crowd savouring a remarkable result. This bought them a stay of execution over the summer.

You can't, but you can have a full house without any positive affect, unless they get fully behind the players
Can't argue with that. The terrible performance against Fulham killed the crowd after half time.
I couldn't raise a shout except at Dyche for his tactics and his appalling selection of the useless Gray with Maupay upfront on the end of countless high balls aimed at them.

To be honest I think yesterday a few were gutted about 2pm when the team news came out and the performance finished them

I think eventually it may get to the stage where fans attending or purchasing may be complicit in endorsing BK et Al.

apparently about 5% of the home attendance attended the pregame protest yesterday.
I cant imagine a higher number boycotting, it would take 4 times the number to make any noticeable difference on a game day.
I think a sit in after the game is the most effective. Seems to be what grabs most attention from pundits in match day coverage over here.

The Boycott we need.

Sorry, what does "over here" mean? London?

Sadly I think there is still, somehow, a large majority of support the board and likely think that due to the stadium they deserve a huge amount of respect and leniency, even if we get relegated. A miniscule boycott would barely be noticed, same goes for the tiny amount of people who are willing to protest. It's all very sad when you see what's playing out in front of our very eyes. Massive respect to those willing to voice their concerns, and shame on those with their heads in the sand.

If the same amount that stayed for the sit in would boycott that would be a start.
Problem is I can't see us being safe by the last home game, so it not going to happen.

Boycotts are never going to happen and we just have to accept that. With over 32000 season ticket holders it wouldn't make shred of difference to the people "running" the club anyway. They have our money and they've already made it perfectly clear that they dont care how the outside world perceives them.

Plus, the truth is that its just not realistic. To many people (myself being one of them) going the match and following the club is a very big part of our lives. It's very difficult to just abandon a lifetime habit no matter how much sense it would make to do so. Its not like a our not going would effect the board anyway as theres loads of people that would take our tickets the second we stop. Nowt would change.

Then there's the casual fans, they don't see this whole drama the way we do. They go the match, get slightly happy or sad depending on the result, then go home, move in with their lives and don't spend and don't let it effect them. Honestly? Part of me massively envies them and wishes I was like that because I hate how much the club effects me and ny mood at times.

We need to think of more realistic ways to deal with the scum running the club because boycotts are never going to happen.

Another thing, that on pitch celebration at the end of last season after the Palace game, none of that nonsense this time, in fact if we are safe by the final game, thats the one that needs to be boycotted, it wont be though and i dont actually think we will be safe anyway.
