I thought as soon as they got the free kick it would be inevitable that they would score, so when it went in I just shook my head and looked downwards (normally I look straight toward the linesman or ref,even if there's blatantly nothing wrong). I actually didn't realise it had been disallowed until I heard the cheer.

I said from the 78th minute when we switched off that that buck tooth git would score the winner. So when he duly popped up in injury time I just sat forward and looked at the father in law and said "there we go.." calm as you like.

Lord knows why the linesman put up his flag. Maybe the human in him just felt it right....haha.

I recorded the game and didn't know the final result. As soon as the ball went in the net, I cussed and turned off the tv. I had no idea it was disallowed until a couple of hours later. Needless to say, it has been a while that I was excited over a draw, since I had thought we had lost for a few hours.

I went over for my first Goodison visit and had a blast. Also, i sat right behind the linesman, row 2. Quite ominously, one of the lads sitting next to me called out "Watch their line, ref!" just before the free kick was taken. Not that all refs take suggestons, but there just might have been a bit of suggesting involved there. Besides, i figured he thought there was a lot riding on the fixture, we didn't deserve to lose either, we sure dodged a massive bullet there!

I was in me mates who are KOPITES and they cheered like they won the league and they didn't notice the flag went up singing abou Suarez and then I started cheering louder than the lot of them and they were looking at me funny and I just sat down laughing and when the realised they cried like a bunch of girls
