Where will Everton finish 2023-24

As it stands, with current squad of players we are in another relegation battle. Similar to last season.

Young and Danjuma are improvements but we still lack options going forward and are a bit lighter defensively. (Relying on Jared staying fit/doing the business, otherwise it’s Keane and Tarky at the back.)
It’s great that some of our proven rubbish are being linked elsewhere but, if true, they will need to be replaced as squad is thin already.

We aren't going to be great but if we had a striker who could have scored 5 goals we probably would have been fine much earlier.
Get two strikers and hope for one to turn good.
We've had improvements towards the end of season across the first team including Garner, Mcneil and Patterson and if they continue it will make a hell of a difference.

No team who got promoted last season then got relegated but I cant see either and both Sheffield United or Luton staying up so that saves one position and for all the good Burnley have done all it takes its for one of the big six to be failing to then sack their manager and get Kompany in and Burnley are floundering again, the same with Fulham.
I think we will be "fine" and let's all hope and pray the next few years we rebuild and aim for mid table mediocrity and an EFFORT IN BOTH CUPS.

Champions, there hasn't been a season in the last 40 whereby I haven't thought the same thing.

A lad can dream, serves me right for seeing us win trophies in the 80's

Why do people post this every year long before the window closes?

Bottom three as it stands, but the problems are fixable. Add a durable, decent quality striker and a CB, plus loan some depth, and we should be up with reasonable comfort. Fail to do that, and our chances of staying up depend on DCL having a massive return to form and staying healthy all season.

I would say you're Dad, but he's that way about the Chicago Cubs every April. Was even right about them winning the Series, once.

I like your belief in Everton getting this transfer window right .
Myself sorry but I gave up on that seasons ago
