I find it interesting if you consider total squad values and make adjustments from there. Here is my take.
1. Manchester City (1.18B)
2. Arsenal (1.21B)
City out performing Arsenal due to superior management/coaching.
3. Liverpool (846M)
4. Manchester United (845M)
5. Chelsea (879M)
Chelsea underperforming evaluation based on recent squad instability.
6. Newcastle (615M)
7. Tottenham (773M)
8. Brighton (465M)
9. Aston Villa (591M)
I think Spurs will sell Kane, and Newcastle will make more signings to adjust these values.
Brighton is a better run business than Villa and will outperform them despite spending less.
10. Brentford (393M)
11. Wolverhampton (367M)
12. West Ham (362M)
13. Everton (365M)
14. Nottingham Forest (335M)
15. Crystal Palace (299M)
16. Bournemouth (271M)
Dropped Everton below West Ham as I see us shipping players out, and not making any significant signings.
17. Fulham (249M)
18. Burnley (190M)
19. Sheffield United (104M)
20. Luton Town (50M)
If all squads perform to expectation, I see it playing out very similar to this in actuality.
I firmly believe Luton Town and Sheffield United will be straight back down, and it will be a four way fight to avoid the drop between Burnley, Bournemouth, Fulham, and Palace.
I have us finishing 13th or 14th and out of the drama last couple weekends of the season.
