Bilic - is he the right man who knows? He sucked the life out of our club coffers but then we were stupid enough to pay him that money in the first place. People need to remember that Fin approvals go all the way to the top of the club as well as signed off in the dugout.

The easiest and least riskiest option is to replace Martinez with Steve Maclaren as soon as this season ends. Martinez might even be interested in taking the Derby job off Maclaren, but only if Barcelona are no longer interested.

Right, so it wasnt his fault, Slaven Bilic, always the victim.

No to Bilic - he messed us around as a player. If he came back he'd probably be fined wages before he was paid.

Alan Irvine, no - he likes being at Everton which is sound by me, but he hasn't pulled up trees as the top dog anywhere he's been.

I don't know who we'd replace him with, and I'm not sure we should just yet. Is it going to unsettle the side even more at this point? That's my worry about changing manager right now.

Joe Royle? Duncan Ferguson? I love them both to bits but are they the right choices at this time in both of their careers, albeit two different ends of careers?
