Paul Clement for me. Maybe not been a manager in his own right yet, but been number two, to the likes of Mourinho and Ancelotti. Both have talked about him in glowing terms with Mourinho even trying to take him to Chelsea. Listening to him in interviews and the lad seems to really know his stuff. Has plenty of experience around big games and big players. I think we would be the perfect club for him.

Paul Clement, Suso, Mancini, Uncle Tom Cobboly...No one mentioned so far has a good record in the transfer market with next to no funds. That quality is essential for a manager at EFC. Not the case at LFC where you can spunk a hundred million and nothing happens.

RM has done ok so far in the transfer market. And will come good, i'm sure.

In the event that he goes ( and DM does not return) then any young British coach with a good promotional record in the championship will do.

Who the hell is voting for Bilic? Gotta be a joke?....in that case for me it's Martinez to get us relegated and then Rednapp in the summer to come in and get us declared bankrupt and go into administration.

Ange Postecoglou.......done well with an average Australian squad, while playing attractive football, and focusing on youth......more pragmatic version of Martinez - which is what would be ideal for us at the moment....

He won't get any shouts like, being Australian and all....

Actually a decent shout, that. I don't know if we'd be a step too far (right now), but he's definitely a manager to watch!

How about Guardiola with Mourinho as Assistant Manager and Pellegrini as Reserve Team Coach?
We might as well dream because were lumbered with No-plan-B Bobby - we simply can't afford to get rid him.

Sadly I imagine there is a lot of truth in this.

I just don't see anything changing with Bobby. If someone won't change how are our fortunes ment to?! His media snippets are getting alarming...no talk of change, just improving at what we do. That's worrying and reminiscent of his talk with Wigan!

I'd love nothing more than to be proved wrong tho. I do like Roberto...and he's half a phoniminal manager!!
