Who could replace Martinez ?

Wish he would return and play that exciting fast freeflowing football we saw last season.

Hopefully this is just a blip and all the ranting and raving on here will soon be forgotten with a couple of wins and a return to form.

This is all I dream about.

He could improve performances by working with the spiritual side of his players.

Wish he would put his healing hands on Osmans throat the little kopite grass.

I agree mate but does Kenwright have the guts to make a foreign appointment? Martinez is almost an adopted Brit the years he's been over here plying his trade, I wonder would he go for a De Boer that your businessmen owners go for or will he go all soppy and go for someone like Mclaren/Monk
I think foreign is the way to go.
Look at southampton with koeman and pochetino.

The blip has been for half the season though.
We have been shocking this season.
When we beat QPR i thought we were off and running yet we have got so much worse by the game

Yeah see your point but i don't think martinez would listen to him

No which is a shame. The way Royle grabbed a disparate bunch by the balls and got them playing for their lives is what this lot need though. I had a discussion earlier with the old man about whether we could actually go down. neither of us could rule it out. The quality we now have and we can't rule it out says a lot.

Yeah bang on we need fight and are showing none which is a worry.
But the biggest worry of all is the manager letting it get worse and not doing his job.
Could you imagine mourinho letting the players getting away with not caring

We don't want Royle or Big Dunc, both fantastic guys but both yard dog managers. We need to keep to this philosophy but have someone who can tinker with the side.

De Boer would certainly be my number one choice followed by Redknapp. Scolari would be good but Kenwright wouldn't go go him.

I worry for your mental strength if you would honestly want Arry here.

I don't get this hatred of Redknapp, he's a shifty character but so are half the people involved in football. I'm sick of this purist evertonian approach to everything football.

Martinez is the nicest guy on the planet but that don't matter when things ain't going well. I look at the JOB the new guy can do and Redknapp has an FA Cup to his name and two top 4 finishes, alongside building a spurs side that had the likes of Bale, Modric and Van Der Vaart in.

In terms of realistic managers who KENWRIGHT would go for, Redknapp would certainly fit the bill:

Knows the league
Trophy to name
Broke into the top 4
Not signed new deal at QPR so wouldn't be expensive
Seems to have good contacts with agents etc.

Sometimes, words cant express how utterly stupid something is, heres a small gif instead.

How many clubs has Redknapp been relegated with?

No offense but relegation doesn't seem to bother Bill otherwise Martinez wouldn't have gotten the job.

That's my whole point Redknapp isn't one my personal favourites (De Boer and Koeman) but I'm listing who I would like out of who i think Kenwright would go for. Personally I would love a Hiddink or Scolari but Kenwright wouldn't go for them hence why I haven't included them.

De Boer he could go for IMO but for me he'll look at the league aswell and for who's available/ we could attract Redknapp for me would be one of the best options based on his CV

How many teams has Redknapp took down? QPR, Southampton, Portsmouth? You say he's won a cup but so has Martinez so aren't we just swapping like for like record wise?

Edit : ignore as I see you answered in previous post.
