I thought at the beginning that Martinez is good. Talking so smoothly, always smiling... But now I've seen all the matches this season and have to say that he isn't good at all. Defending him not worth it. I'm not a professional or anything but I compare his style and philosophy to our football and way of play. And when I say I rather watch Hungarian football than Everton playing - now that't the panic button. With this quality squad it's a disgrace. Hell I'm sure even our manager could sort this out.

I'm starting to doubt that more and more with every passing game. Hope he'll be able to turn it around. I love his philosophy and blueprint for our future. However, for how long will it be realistic to hold on to those plan? We need to turn the tide very soon imo.
