Who should replace Frank Lampard?

It's one job, lots of managers/coaches go places and it doesn't work out but that doesn't make them bad at their jobs. He went in at Huddersfield and they had 5 players and he built a team from free transfers and loans and got them up the league and into the playoffs. Now he has gone into WBA to clean up what Bruce left and he has again got them playing and picking up results. He is a proper coach not a manager. He improves average players.

Bruce was at Newcastle, they get rid and the team improves. Bruce was at West Brom, they get rid and the team improves.

Lampard was at Chelsea, they get rid and the team improves. Lampard was at Everton, we kept him and got relegated.

He manages a team called West Bromwich Albion, they’re a team that play in the English Championship. They’re based in the West Midlands
So is this forward planning on our part? Someone who can tell the team bus driver how to get to football grounds in the 2nd division. Seen WBA on telly, empty ground and they are crap.

He works the team hard to, no 2 or 3 days a week training like Brucie, they in every day, have to follow strict diets too, he composies dossiers for every player on how he wants them to play and what their role is in the team, you can see he is a disciple of Bielsa. Will be a crying shame if we end up getting docked points or go into liquidation because of our dodgy board.

Bruce really isn’t that bad a manager. Doubt there was that much to “clean up” even if results were disappointing.

It’s funny how he is being touted for big jobs on the back of some good form for a floater club like WBA. He must have some agent.
