Who should replace Frank Lampard?

It's one job, lots of managers/coaches go places and it doesn't work out but that doesn't make them bad at their jobs. He went in at Huddersfield and they had 5 players and he built a team from free transfers and loans and got them up the league and into the playoffs. Now he has gone into WBA to clean up what Bruce left and he has again got them playing and picking up results. He is a proper coach not a manager. He improves average players.
I think Steve Cooper might be someone you can put in that bracket too.

Sean Dyche would be the absolute most pessimistic appointment we have ever made. Basically resigning ourselves to relegation battles and terrible football. Only made it to the fifth round twice in the FA cup and never made it past the 4th in the league cup in 10 years. A proper throwing in the towel appointment

'resigning ourselves to relegation battles' - Frank said a couple of weeks ago a relegation battle was always going to be the case. Seems like he was resigned to it.

Results will decide one way or another. Hopefully we will start climbing away from trouble and then reset so this shambles is not repeated in the future.

He’s supposed to be very tactically astute. With the limitations of his squad’s abilities and the transfer budgets he had, he did what he had to do to keep them up.

Didn't get do a similar job to Eddie Howe, getting a small club up and staying up a few seasons before relegation.
