Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Its not. But time is needed to build and learn. Is not as if we were ever going to narrowly miss out on the league.
You don't get time though in the PL as there is too much money at stake. Also he has been here nearly 10 months and we should be at the very least be seeing some sort of regular shape to the team. I'm all for him staying at the moment simply because I don't trust the board to bring in an appropriate replacement but that doesn't mean I don't think we should be seeing a bit more because we should imo.

That 3-0 Bournemouth result could be his down fall, absolute disgrace . I could have set the team up better than that.

It’ll be interesting to see how postecoglou’s Celtic perform against us. I know we have a few missing (I think they do too), but the contrast in footballing styles could be an eye opener for our board. Not saying he’s the answer if FL gets the sack after Xmas, but he’d be one of the first people I’d like the club to take into consideration.
I think he would be a huge risk. He was a risk for Celtic and the fan base initially weren't happy with his appointment thinking the board had took the cheap option.

But if Frank was sacked he would be on my list of options. He plays attacking football, if i am not mistaken he plays with the inverted full back overlaps. It's always hard to judge based on the gulf in quality in Scotland v PL and he won't have teams parking the bus every game. He had quick success in turning the negative Lennon team into a team in his attacking style.

I would rather take a risk in the hope that we progress than go a safe option. Also if Cahill is involved in the process he may push for Ange.

I could get behind him as our manager but i hope Frank is given the opportunity to turn things around first.

Not many exciting names on that list....

Dyche, I think he lost his way at Burnley, he is more the `Moyes` type of appointment. Has something to prove at a big club...
Bielsa, I think the idea is better than what we`d actually get.

Others to consider....

Tuchel, should be no.1 target, I know everyone will bang on about "we aint getting him" and "he will need loads of money", before you say that look at his past, only at PSG and Chelsea did he have big money to spend, before that Augsburg, Mainz and Dortmund. His talent got him a shot at PSG and then Chelsea... Why would you not go all out to give this guy a massive project to shape it the way he wants, I`m sure someone like him would find that very appealing.

Marcelo Gallardo, contract ends in December, he will be the next big manager to come to Europe with a glittering CV.

Ange Postecoglou is interesting with his attacking style, definitiely think his Celtic team will smash us in Sydney, we wont be able to cope.

They got beat 2-1 by Sydney FC this morning with a fairly strong team out

we know you want Frank here for ever and ever, as your avatar shows. Reality bites I'm afraid at some point. Relegation or at the very least the realistic threat of it makes it inevitable.
Kev, the reality is your poll has no impact on anything.

If Frank gets sacked Farhad Moshiri will not consult you on your findings from the this poll.

So like I said, it’s irrelevant what people want or say in your life changing poll

I see no reason whatsoever that would make Tuchel want to come here and save a nothing club from relegation.
