We were attractive enough to get some feller called Carlo Ancelotti to be our manager. Aston Villa have just got Unai Emery. We really don't have to shop at Netto, which is where I think Lampard has come from tbh. Although attracting a top manager will get harder if we persist with Lampard throughout the majority of the January transfer window.

It's not that different, it was only a couple of years ago. Everyone would have said we had no chance of signing Ancelotti back then as well.
If Villa can get Emery, and Leeds could get Biesla when they were in the Championship, then I think Everton could get Gallardo.

I just think people set themselves up for disappointment.
In 12months people will be saying "Gallardo was available, why didnt we get him", when IMO, hes not available for a club like us.
But hey, console yourself with the fact that I laughed when people said we could get Carlo.

Get Bielsa in! Need some excitment for the match again. The football he played at Leeds was always that! Yes we will still lose games like now but at least there will be something happening on the pitch and not be dreading the next game
I think the FFP and Usmanov situations have changed the 'sell job' the club can offer.
We can't offer the resources offered to Ancelotti. Think about that. I'm not even convinced he was given all that in the grand scheme.
