Who would you replace Lampard with?

No one, its a pointless thread.

Our manager needs time to turn around the shambles we were under the sweaty fat one, it won't happen in 20 games. Yes we are short up front, no he isn't perfect, and isn't making mistakes. But we have at least solid foundations, we do however seem to have a problem scoring, and getting at teams, almost seemingly ponderous at times. This needs sorting in the short term, otherwise we could well be looking for a new manager, as i don't doubt the heat would be high if we say got to 5 or 6 losses on the bounce, we need a win, ideally against Palace, or Fulham - both of whom may well have a point to prove against us.

We need another window, some creativity and some proper striker support... anyone know of a modern day Trevor Steven and / or Adrian Heath floating about....

He needs time to turn around the shambles starting with the Koeman signings, which had only gotten worse from there

I don't want Lampard sacked but if he were I'd want to see him replaced by Billy Childish, who's proven time and again that if his squad collapses, he can throw a new one together at a moment's notice.
