We need someone who commands the respect of the players, and who's passionate about the club. This "club re-shuffle" that Benitez seems to be tasked with isn't working on the pitch. The manager needs to be 100% focused on setting up the first team to win games, with no distractions. I'd let Dunc take over immediately, and then look to find the long term replacement, making sure it's not someone who wants to come in to divide and conker!

Of course our misfiring team needs to cut out the mistakes. But when is R.B going to cut out his mistakes. This guy is one stubborn so and so.
Coleman is done. Why not play Patterson. Or even JJ Kenny. Keane is useless. Why is he always picked. Why was Mina not on from the start. If fit enough for the bench, then surely he should have started. Our midfield is useless. But no attempt to change things around. Even play youngsters. Could they be any worse. And what is all this nonsense playing Rondon.
Think that it’s our manager that needs to learn from mistakes. But fully expect nothing to change for next week. Coleman..Keane and Rondon all to line up. And the same nonsense spouted from our manager.
Getting fed up now with this guy. Benetiz out.
And as for his replacement. Mickey Mouse. Mr.Bean. Blackadder. Del Boy. Or even plonker Rodney.
Serious though. Would anybody be any worse. Rooney assisted by Ferguson might not be a bad choice. See what they can do.
I honestly fear relegation this season if persisting with Benetiz. How can any supporter trust his mind boggling team selections and tactics.
Awful result today. It’s just getting worse. A new manager if nothing else might just bring that new manager bounce. Win a few matches. Before the rot sets in again. Clutching at straws. Clutching at anything really. But Benetiz has to go. Up the Toffees. Our useless wee Toffees.
But never give up. Not at least until the fat waiter sings.

Quite frankly I have always admired Benitez ability to manipulate his teams to victory against the odds.
I have got to say, the days of possession based, counter attack aren’t going to work today.
Energetic , dynamic, and confident football managers and players are the demand of success today.
In this regard, the manager needs to be relieved from his duties immediately.
I would go for the Brentford B Head Coach Neil MacFarlane. He is a contemporary coach in every sense.
Wholeheartedly believes that to win football matches against superior or inferior opposition , each player in the squad requires advanced professional fitness.
Everton don’t look dynamic enough for the EPL. With the infrastructure , fan base , and corporate leaders within the club, it’s now about recruiting a new head coach.
