Theres 'something' favouring each of them depending on what type of person were looking for.

Playing Patterson

Adding a DM into the side.

Playing the same intensity as 2nd half vs Villa

Saying Lampard has has 2 interviews, spoke well. He wants more than 6 months though - wants 18 months.

Pereira isnt done as the Portugese reporters claim but he's in the race due to Kia. Moshiri likes him and he is happy with a 6 month deal which Moshiri likes.

Okay, DCL is largely blameless this season due to injury and likewise a few others have done well but this squad does need completely overhauled, but in a sensible, managed way.
