Bring me Fronk Lampard.

In all seriousness though, im all aboard the Lampard Train and think he’d be really good for us.

He’ll be eager to prove he is a good Manager after his sloppy second season at Chelsea, i think he’ll do wonders for the Youth as he will no doubt play them.

If you look at Tammy Abraham and what Lampard done for him, no reason the same cant be done to both DCL & Richarlison.

And we’ll play decent footy and he’ll no doubt grow alongside the Club. He’s a young, ambitious manager & i think he’ll have no issue attracting players to the Club either.

I don’t understand the him being eager to prove he’s a good manager as a reason to hire him, I’ve seen it mentioned a few times. Do people think he wasn’t giving his all as manager at Chelsea or something? A club where he is a playing legend at and probably his dream managerial job? He’s either good enough for the job or he isn’t, regardless of how eager he is. If he learnt a lot from his experience as Chelsea manager that’s different but I don’t get why people think he’d be more eager to prove himself more here than when he was at Chelsea

I just want us to be solid and a bit hard,

We'll be his stepping stone to his dream move of West Ham.

Its Hobson's choice at this stage of the season and where we are in the table. I doubt the Potters or even Kovac are interested in coming to us. We used to be classed as a slumbering giant - now, we have woken up, and we have a terrible hangover that's making us miserable.
Whoever it is should be interim to end of season to avoid potential compo or have a relegation clause in the contract. I doubt someone in a job would be interested in that job offer and we wont want to pay compo to a current employer either.
We do need to make a decision this week and I am not sure anything could be worse than FSW, so the question is who would be the most better.... as long as they keep us up at this stage I'd be happy.
