I think the questions are slightly different:
- Who can instil in this squad a will to win?
- Who can coach them to play with increased skill, and some tactical nous and flexibility?
- Who has experience of taking a team in the lower half of a top league and leading them into the European places?
- Who is experienced enough to know which youngsters are ready to step up and can blend them properly with established players?

Favre
I do agree

However I feel like that will take more time and I'm terrified or relegation

Changed my vote to Lampard. The more I think about he seems like a smart appointment and would be ideal for the youngsters we have eg Gordon and Dobbin. He also personally knows the importance of a midfield so that alone is enough.

Lampard worries me a bit, he hasn’t had an impressive career in management so far.

Rudi Garcia looks like a great manager with a solid track record over the last 10-13 years, and in recent years at Lyon.

His record win streak at Roma was impressive, can you imagine winning 10 league games on the bounce..?

Yes, to me, Garcia looks comfortably the pick of the ones we're linked with.

My theory is there are going to be questions regardless of who comes in. As long as it's some no mark or dinosaur Im going to be ok with it. Kovac is my #1 choice but I'd be good with Lampard, Rooney, Garcia etc. Just not someone who mostly everyone hates.
