Lampard makes sense for situation Everton are in.

They're meant to have no money apparently because of FFP. So appointing a manager who managed to work under similar situation at Chelsea with their transfer ban would be good.
Lampard fell apart when the window opened and big expensive players came in and the pressure and dynamic changed.

He took the fall for crap like Werner or Havertz who would never workout .

Crap like Werner or Havertz? Wow. He might not have agreed with buying them, but he was still in charge when they did. Maybe he was just not good enough to manage them?

Lampard took over a Chelsea team that finished 3rd in 18/19, took them to 4th in his first season (19/20) and was fired as they dropped to 9th halfway through his second season (20/21).

How is that comparable to Everton?
