No we don't.
I don't know the answers mate.If Moyes lost two games in a row some on here would want him out. They won’t accept anyone other than some mythical young ‘progressive’ (whatever that means) manager who they believe has some philosophy which gets around the limitations of this squad that has seen five managers fail to resolve.
Everton fan logic:
Ex Everton managers - no thanks unless they win almost every game
Older managers e.g Benitez Mourinho Van Gaal Ancelotti etc. - past it dinosaurs
Older British managers e.g Allardyce Hodgson Dyche etc. - the worst of the lot
Any ex players who have been connected to the club in a coaching role are also a no - e.g Ferguson Unsworth
So that leaves:
Young foreign manager - don’t know anything about them but looks good in the media
Young English manager - but not anyone we haven’t heard of before please because inexperienced foreign managers are fine but no one from the championship or league one in England please because it’s not as good a look for the media
Ex Everton players - as long as they haven’t been connected to Everton already no matter how badly they’ve failed elsewhere
Ex players from anywhere else - no matter how badly they’ve failed are automatically better than any of the categories in the first list.
What could go wrong
Potter has maybe reached his limit and add in a toxic goodison? We need a young hungry manager .. Potter first choice then Lampard. But I would all so look abroad.

Lampard needs to rebuild for another go at the Chelsea gig.
I don't think Goodison would be toxic for Potter to be honest, at least not to begin with
He would always have got more time than Benitez did
taking straw polls on here, that way madness leads. The match going evertonians will be fully behind team and manager for the game against Leicester. If Moyes lost two games in a row some on here would want him out. We certainly have a hungry manager at the moment. Lunch isn't until 1pmWe need a young hungry manager .. Potter first choice then Lampard. But I would all so look abroad.

I think so too, just hope that Chelsea don’t score a couple early as it will then get a bit toxic.taking straw polls on here, that way madness leads. The match going evertonians will be fully behind team and manager for the game against Leicester.
What are the thoughts on Rooney as next manager?
That rules Unsworth out then.We need a young hungry manager .. Potter first choice then Lampard. But I would all so look abroad.
