RMF are owed upwards of 350 Million. ACAP will have an equity stake in the club when the deal is completed. They are owed 200 Million by Moshiri against the new stadium.

The debt situation is bleak.
The debt is held against the club, not Moshiri, surely? It's also been reported that it is unsecured.

It's "yer ma" until someone emerges from the pack as willing and able to spend what it takes to effect a takeover, or Moshiri's finances collapse and the price drops.

I would say that circumstances are such that when we finally get movement, it will happen fast.
Is that the lad who plays the cello?
