MSP will acquire the club and the parties holding up the process are on board. An agreement was reached last week in Monaco that satisfies an earnout schedule for Farhad Moshiri, including an up front payment, and a repayment of debt to RMF. MSP will buy the club for roughly 40 million pounds and assume debt.

ACap not possible due to the restrictions they are now operating under in USA.

Bell, Downing + BDT & MSD Partners (debt restructure, access to £) + possibly a high net worth US investor (not likely to be Dell himself) or

Ex LA Dodgers GM (not owner) Kevin Malone fronting another consortium (unidentified members).

The former seem to be in pole position but not yet definitely agreed.

It might be possible Textor invests at a later date when able to do so but there is no agreement in place.

RMF are owed upwards of 60 Million. ACAP will have an equity stake in the club when the deal is completed. They are owed 200 Million by Moshiri against the new stadium.

The debt situation is bleak.
